You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For new customers, your first purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Return & Refund Options

First-Time Orders

No need to ship the product back.
Simply email social@cobak.store with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A short description of the issue

We'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

You’re encouraged to:

Keep the item
Donate it to charity
Recycle it responsibly

This "return-free" policy helps reduce unnecessary carbon emissions.

Repeat Purchases or Warranty Issues

A physical return may be required. If so, we'll provide a return label and instructions.
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important Notes

Refunds will not be issued if you return an item without contacting us first or without providing a valid reason.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
